Assist Executive Director and Housing Choice Voucher Specialist in all aspects of the Housing Authority. Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To Administrative Duties. Customer Service. Client interviews, documentation, data entry, quality control. Client assessments to determine their education, personal and employment needs. Assist in formulating, monitoring, and tracking action plans. Assist in maintaining accounting records including Assist Executive Director and Housing Choice Voucher Specialist in all aspects of the Housing Authority.

Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To

Administrative Duties.

Customer Service.

Client interviews, documentation, data entry, quality control.

Client assessments to determine their education, personal and employment needs.

Assist in formulating, monitoring, and tracking action plans.

Assist in maintaining accounting records including grant applications.

Represent LHA at networking events.

NSPIRE Inspections.

Qualifications: Experience, Degree in Business, Public Administration, or Social Services or combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the essential job duties of the position. Demonstrated abilities in working effectively to fulfill case management type responsibilities with diverse economic and racial populations. Experience with Housing Choice Voucher Program is preferred, but not mandatory. Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and be willing to learn proprietary software. Must be a team player. Light physical ability to work with storage room and boxes.

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5 (Closed Fridays).

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
